Ira Brook Farm offers a one of a kind Vermont experience. We welcome you to come stay in our Guest House and experience everything the Farm and Rutland County has to offer. Come for skiing, leaf peeping, horse back riding or just to get away from the grind of city life.

The Guest House is located on the heart of Ira Brook Farm just 15 minutes from Rutland, VT, 35 minutes to Killington Ski Area and 40 minutes to the Manchester, VT outlets. The Guest House is available for weekend or week long rental.

Guest House Red Room

The Guest House is a traditional Vermont farm house built in 1920. It offers four separate bedrooms and a convertible guest room allowing it to sleep up to ten. The house offers a full kitchen and plenty of living space to enjoy the company of your family or friends. During the Summer guests are welcome to enjoy the pool and hot tub just steps away from the Guest House. It is a perfect affordable option for families visiting the area or those looking to ski the surrounding resorts.
